Mediation fails in lawsuit vs. K-Rock over former shock jock’s antics, trial looms

Roughly six years after a lawsuit was filed by a woman over what shock-jock Joe Scott said about her on the air when he was at K-Rock before he died, Jane Doe v. Beasley Broadcast went to mediation Friday. However attorneys reached an impasse so the case is set to go to trial soon.
